To inspire you to join us as we fuse our decades of travel and love of chocolate into a new venture, designed to share the best of our knowledge and experience with others who aspire to enjoy a very special chocolate experience. We hope to delight, please and surprise you as we take new roads in our journey.
Island Chocolates exists to continue the journey started many years ago when we first began visiting the corner Patisserie in Paris. Bob arrived first, followed a number of years later by Paige. A chance meeting while learning French, a very special artisan Parisian chocolatier hidden in a small shop with creaky wooden floors, dinner on the Isle de la Cite, varied careers, a dessert business and many travels to destinations around the world from Thailand to Dubai, St. Thomas to Rome followed, always looking for new adventures.
This most recent adventure started in 2003 when we began our gourmet dessert business, serving discerning customers with creative desserts and chocolates. Now, the Islands are the many origins of our flavors and the chocolates are the destination.
